Overview
C1001 Series LVDS REC. 30P CONNECTOR ON TYPE is an FPC connector designed for TV, panel and other applications. It is made of heat-resistant UL94V-0 rated thermoplastic material housing to ensure safety and stability. The contact part is made of 0.15mm thick copper alloy with 1μ”-3μ” gold plating on the surface to enhance the conductivity and corrosion resistance. The housing is made of 0.15mm stainless steel, covered with at least 50μ” matte tin layer and nickel-plated inside to ensure lead-free and environmentally friendly.
The connector has a 30-pin design with a pitch of 1.00mm and a height of 2.25mm, with a maximum coplanarity of 0.08mm between the terminal and the housing platen, ensuring accurate docking.
