Overview

FPC connectors are made of high quality materials, the housing is black high-temperature thermoplastic material, which meets UL94V-0 fire safety standards to ensure safety performance. The contact point is made of 0.18mm thick copper alloy to ensure good conductivity and durability. The housing is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, also 0.18mm thick, to enhance the stability of the overall structure.

The contact area and SMD area are plated with at least 3μ” nickel layer and covered with at least 3μ” gold layer for excellent electrical connection and oxidation resistance.

With 51 pins and 0.5mm pitch, the compact design of this FPC is suitable for high-density signal transmission, especially for LVDS applications that require high-speed, low-noise signal transmission, such as high-definition video displays and high-speed data transmission systems.
