The slip ring connectors are made of LCP UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rubber shells with high-quality metal terminals (C5191-EH/C2680-H) and gold-plated surfaces to enhance conductivity. The plug-in adapts to a wide temperature range (-40℃ to +105℃) and passes a 48-hour salt water spray test to ensure environmental stability.
Mechanically, the terminals and PIN pins have excellent holding power. Electrical performance is excellent, supporting 3A current and 50V DC voltage with low contact impedance and 50 times of insertion and removal life. In addition, the product has passed the IR oven high temperature test and has stable soldering performance to meet the needs of harsh industrial applications.
