Basic structure of Press fit terminal
Fisheye terminal is a press-fit terminal, which is called Fisheye terminal because it contains a structure similar to Fish eye . It consists of a root, two elastic parts and a pin part (as shown in Figure 1). The elastic part is in the shape of an arc line, and the two elastic parts are arranged opposite to each other to form a Press fit hole. During installation, the elastic part is easily elastically contracted by being squeezed, so that it perfectly matches the conductive hole on the circuit board.
